What these terms apply to
These terms apply to our website and the design, development and related services we provide.
Quotes and pricing
Prices on our website are starting prices. We confirm the final quote in writing on Instagram or by email before work starts. We also agree the payment schedule in writing before work starts.
Free demos
A free demo is one temporary page built from material you supply. It is free and comes with no obligation. It is not a final deliverable and cannot be used publicly without a paid project. We delete the demo afterwards.
Timelines
Any timeline we give is an estimate. It depends on you responding and supplying content on time.
Revisions
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included where stated in your service. Extra work is quoted separately.
Your content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the text, images and logos you send us. We are not responsible for content you supply.
Ownership
Final design and code transfer to you after full payment. We may mention the project as our work only with your permission.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting and paid tool costs are separate. They are owned by you.
After delivery
We fix bugs caused by our work when they are reported within 7 days of delivery. Ongoing maintenance is separate.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Ending a project
Either side can stop a project in writing. Work completed up to that point is payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version will be published on this page.
